Involuntary Cancellations:

In rare circumstances, gurigharangna may need to cancel a scheduled booking due to unforeseen events such as severe technical issues, or operational constraints. In such cases, affected users will be informed promptly, and the full booking amount will be refunded without any deduction.

Processing of Refunds:

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 days from the date of the cancellation request. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used during the booking process. If the original payment method is no longer valid, please contact our customer support team for assistance. gurigharangna will not be responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Refunds for Involuntary Cancellations:

In the event of an involuntary cancellation by gurigharangna, affected users will be entitled to a full refund of the booking. Users will have the option to receive the refund in the form of original payment or as a credit towards a future booking, as per their preference.

Rebooking Policy:

If a users misses their scheduled booking due to valid reasons, they may be allowed to rebook on the next available service without penalty.
